TUBE-COSY® insulating sleeve fitted around tubing between mask and CPAP.

TUBE-COSY® reduces the temperature differential between room temperature and tubing. By doing this humidity build up can be reduced, which in turn reduces the amount of water in tube and mask. You may also find that by reducing heat loss, the air feels less cold to your face.

TUBE-COSY® may be beneficial whether or not a humidifier is being used.

TUBE-COSY® will keep the pressurised air warmer (COSY) and you more comfortable.

TUBE-COSY® Solution to effectively reducing condensation in tube and mask

The Simple Solution is to use a TUBE-COSY® made from Flectalon®, a super-efficient insulating material made from aluminised polypropylene foil covered with a flexible sleeve.

TUBE-COSY® is wrapped around the humidifying tube and seals to itself using Velcro. This feature makes it easy to install and remove.

The insulating effect of the TUBECOSY® reduces the heat loss from the inside of the tube, thus reducing condensation in the tube and mask and therefore improving comfort.

TUBE-COSY® is removable, washable at 40ºC, drip dry and do not tumble dry. Reusable, (Can be sterilised in ethylene oxide, no heat application)

TUBE-COSY® is used by Sleep Apnea sufferers in Europe, Asia and Australia.
